This is our most complete memorial keepsake. A large oval wood plaque — approximately one foot tall and substantial in weight — brings together everything that mattered about your loved one into a single, lasting tribute. It is meant to be displayed, to be seen, and to be felt.

• Photo mounting — your provided photo is mounted directly onto the plaque

• Resin ash orb — a smooth dome containing your loved one’s cremated remains, set directly onto the plaque

How It Works

After ordering, you’ll receive instructions for sending your loved one’s cremated remains and your photo. We handle everything from there — engraving, florals, resin work, and final assembly — and ship the completed plaque back to you.
